Sorry it was a week late 
For those who don't catch the reference, the title is from one of the character skins in the game Borderlands 2 (which benpva16 and I play a lot
) that has a similar color scheme to the one used in the design.
Also, thanks to the awesome people at #Aposhack, this is the first bloom I've made with no final transform!
