Glii Doreon

One of a few flame fractals I made using Apophysis 7x over the last couple of months. My goal was to exhibit certain aesthetic traits such as unity and clarity through a digital medium, particularly using the juxtaposition of light and darkness with vivid color.

The name is derived from the Elvish for "honey" and "wood." This particular image exhibits the golden ratio in the positioning of the focus of the design. I'll leave you to figure out how
